Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Advisor role is based in Kolkata. The Property Advisor will guide prospective clients through the property selection process, understand their needs and budget, and recommend suitable residential or commercial options. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features and pricing, coordinating documentation, and supporting clients through the booking and closing process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, market trends, and investment opportunities, while building strong client relationships and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Property Advisor will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and property management to ensure smooth transactions and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments knowledge to advise on suitable properties and potential returns.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to explain pricing, payment plans, and related financial aspects clearly.
• Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, relationship building, and time management to handle multiple clients and deals efficiently.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or advisory, familiarity with the Kolkata property market, and proficiency in local languages and English are beneficial.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred; a background in business, commerce, or real estate will be an added advantage.
