Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Advisor role based in Kolkata. The Senior Property Advisor will guide clients through property selection, site visits, negotiations, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process. Responsibilities include managing property listings, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, advising on investment opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries. The role involves building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and achieving sales and revenue targets in line with company objectives. The Senior Property Advisor will also support marketing initiatives, participate in promotional events, and provide feedback to improve overall service offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to advise on suitable properties and long-term asset growth.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to interpret pricing, returns, and basic financial implications of property transactions.
• Relevant experience in real estate advisory, sales, or property consultancy, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with a target-driven and ethical approach.
• Proficiency in local market knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas; fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with basic legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
