Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Executive will manage client relationships, drive property sales, and assist in achieving organizational revenue objectives. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, generating leads, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Profound knowledge of property markets and experience conducting market research and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a proactive approach, and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or a proven track record in sales roles is highly desirable.
