We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication. Candidates with a minimum qualification of 12th standard are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
Provide information about products/services clearly and effectively.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly calling targets.
Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and punctual attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
