Role Description:

We are hiring a full-time, remote Sales Executive to identify potential clients, conduct product demos, manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and supporting business growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong B2B sales, lead generation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• SaaS or HRMS sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn HR technology.
