Role Description The Study Abroad Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end counseling and support for learners pursuing international education opportunities. The role includes guiding students on suitable countries, universities, and programs, managing application and documentation processes, and coordinating with global partner institutions and agencies. The Study Abroad Manager will conduct consultations, information sessions, and workshops, while maintaining accurate records of student cases and timelines. The position also involves collaborating with internal training teams to align test preparation with study abroad requirements, monitoring visa procedures and compliance updates, and driving marketing and outreach activities to grow the study abroad portfolio. The manager will be expected to achieve enrollment targets, ensure high-quality student experience, and provide clear, ethical guidance to learners and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor, ensuring timely processing of student applications and documentation.
• Strong expediting and logistics management skills to coordinate with international institutions, agencies, and service providers.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, tracking, and delivering multiple student cases and intakes on schedule.
• Background in inspection or quality checks to verify completeness and accuracy of application materials and compliance documents.
• Prior experience in overseas education consulting, international admissions, or student counseling is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in education, management, or international relations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with CRM or student management systems.
• Knowledge of major study destinations, visa procedures, and international education trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
