• Role Overview
• We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Google Ads who can strategize, execute, and lead
• high-performing Google Ads campaigns. This role requires a hands-on expert who can also
• manage and mentor a team, ensure campaign profitability, and maintain strong performance
• standards across multiple accounts.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists
• Plan, execute, and oversee Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)
• Develop and implement advanced strategies to improve ROI, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates
• Review and optimize team campaigns for quality, performance, and compliance
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Ensure proper conversion tracking, analytics setup, and reporting Coordinate with content, design, and landing page teams
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Requirements
• 4-6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong experience with service-based campaigns (Healthcare/Dental preferred)
• Proven team handling and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and account structuring
• Experience with local and micro-location targeting
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Google Ads Certification is a plus
