Role Overview
3H World is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem and is seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor / Medical Officer to deliver high-quality patient care across its centres and hospital setups. The role involves clinical decision-making, patient management, and adherence to medical protocols, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Management:

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Prescribe medications and therapies as per clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and case history
  

Medical Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards
• Follow ethical medical practices and regulatory requirements
• Participate in audits and quality checks
  

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and clinical teams
• Guide junior staff and support multidisciplinary patient care
  

Emergency Handling

• Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical care
• Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals when required
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain medical records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Ensure proper patient data management and reporting accuracy

Qualification

• MBBS (Mandatory)
• AFIH / MD preferred
