We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Resume Writer to craft professional, ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of recruitment and hiring practices, and the ability to highlight candidates strengths effectively.

• Create high-quality, ATS-compliant resumes tailored to clients career goals.
• Write compelling cover letters and optimize LinkedIn profiles.
• Gather client information through questionnaires or consultation calls.
• Edit and proofread resumes to ensure accuracy, grammar, and formatting consistency.
• Customize resumes based on specific job descriptions and industry requirements.
• Highlight key achievements, skills, certifications, and professional experience effectively.
• Stay updated on current hiring trends, ATS requirements, and resume-writing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure complete confidentiality of client information.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume optimization.
• Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

• Bachelors degree in English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in resume writing, content writing, recruitment, or HR.
• Experience writing resumes for IT, Non-IT, Executive, and International clients is an added advantage.

• Experience with LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Knowledge of US, Canadian, UK, or Indian job markets.
• Ability to write executive-level resumes and career documents.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
