The role is part of the growing Data Engineering team and focuses on building a data-driven culture across the enterprise. You will work with SQL, Python, data modeling, data warehousing, analytics, and visualization while partnering with the US Data Engineering team on enterprise-wide data initiatives.ResponsibilitiesWork with SQL, Python, data modeling, and data warehousing to support enterprise data initiatives.Partner with data engineers to implement data architecture and design.Conduct complex analysis on large and complex datasets.Identify key business insights to support departmental decision-making.Design and develop key metrics, reports, and dashboards.Use data visualization to communicate insights and support business decisions.Contribute to analytics and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.Work closely with the US Data Engineering team to drive enterprise-wide data initiatives to completion.Develop long-term data and analytics solutions.Work collaboratively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field.0-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering.Advanced SQL knowledge preferred.Python experience preferred.Understanding of fundamental technical skills required for data initiatives, including SQL and dimensional modeling.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to work with complex datasets and perform deep data analysis.
