Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller - Voice Process role based in Ahmedabad

. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, resolving claim discrepancies, and obtaining necessary information to process claims. Other responsibilities include verifying patient insurance coverage, addressing claim denials or rejections, and maintaining detailed call records. The role requires effective communication with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivables.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in call handling and professional communication in English
• Basic knowledge of medical terminologies, healthcare insurance, claims processing, and AR follow-up
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve claim discrepancies and denials

• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management is preferred
