What You Will Do

• Order-to-delivery experience - speed, reliability, and predictability of the fulfillment promise

• Post-order experience - returns, refunds, and how fast/painlessly they resolve

• Customer support - treating support volume as a signal to fix root causes, not just a queue to clear

• The fast delivery network bet - reimagining what fast means for value e-commerce, and what infrastructure/network changes get us there

• A team of 10-15 - youll build, coach, and scale a pod of builders (not just managers)
