Supply Chain Optimization Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage supply chain optimization projects for Meesho, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing costs.

What you will do: Analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and monitor results.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, operations) to implement changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supply chain software and systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
