Key Expectations

• Handle end-to-end operations across all departments.
• Build systems, SOPs, reporting structures, escalation matrices, and accountability frameworks.
• Have practical understanding of AI tools, automation systems, and operational technology.
• Implement AI-driven systems for HR, CRM, reporting, sales monitoring, and productivity enhancement.
• Must have the guts to say No to Management whenever required with proper logic and operational reasoning.
• Work through written systems instead of dependency on verbal discussions.
• Strong command over emails, trackers, MOMs, SOPs, reporting systems, and escalation matrices is mandatory.
• Identify non-performing, political, irresponsible, or inefficient employees.
• Lay off wrong people wherever necessary and build a stronger execution-oriented culture.
• Hire competent, disciplined, and performance-driven professionals.
• Upgrade organizational talent quality within 3 to 6 months.
• Create accountability structures, KRAs, KPIs, and measurable performance benchmarks for every employee.
• Ensure strict discipline, ownership, transparency, execution, and accountability across the organization.

• 10–20 years of leadership and operational experience.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Construction, or High-Pressure Startup Environments preferred.
• Strong command over operations, execution, crisis management, and organizational restructuring.
• Ability to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
• Army/Navy/Air Force background or highly disciplined corporate background will be an added advantage.
