Ecommerce Interns

We are a reputed jewellery manufacturer looking for Ecommerce Intern, in this job role, you will support day-to-day online store operations, including product listing, updating descriptions, pricing, and inventory checks. You will assist in monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing basic reports to optimize the customer journey and online conversions. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process. You may also help with merchandising strategies, promotional activities, and maintaining accurate content across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring daily presence at the companys location.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, track sales performance, and support data-driven decisions.

• Candidates should possess E-Commerce knowledge and basic Sales understanding to manage product listings, assist with promotions, and support online revenue growth.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide order support, and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, familiarity with online marketplaces or ecommerce platforms, and comfort working with spreadsheets or reporting tools.
