Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Placement Coordinator located in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for assisting students in finding job placements, coordinating with employers, and providing career guidance. They will also organize job fairs, create job listings, and support students in developing their resumes and interview skills.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• (2-4 years)Experience in job placement, career counseling, or recruitment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
