Role Description The Business Development Specialist – Building Material is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities for metal façade solutions by generating qualified leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing client proposals, and participating in client meetings and presentations. The role involves collaborating with design, engineering, and project teams to align client requirements with Metaguises product offerings and service capabilities. The specialist will also support contract negotiations, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Relevant experience in business development or sales within building materials, façades, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts, metal façade systems, and construction processes is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined revenue and growth targets.
