Procurement Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Manage procurement: Handle end-to-end purchasing for fit-out and finishing works.
• Source suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors and material suppliers.
• Control costs: Compare quotations and ensure best value within approved budgets.
• Track orders: Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Coordinate teams: Work closely with project managers and site teams on material needs.
• Ensure quality: Verify materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate procurement documentation and supplier data.

Who We Are Looking For:

This role suits a practical and well-organised procurement professional with experience in fit-out or finishing projects in Dubai.

• Industry experience: Proven background in procurement for fit-out or finishing companies in Dubai.
• Education: Construction or architecture education is an advantage.
• Market knowledge: Good understanding of local suppliers and material sourcing.
• Organisation skills: Strong ability to manage multiple purchase requests and timelines.
• Communication: Confident dealing with suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Language: Russian is a strong advantage; English is required.
• Mobility: Own car required for site visits and supplier coordination.
• Personal traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and cost-conscious.
