Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to play a key role in the Finance Team, by supporting the Commercial team in making data-driven decisions and supporting the overall business primarily in sales data management & reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analyses, margin controls, management reporting; and in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable Management.

Description
· Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance, including revenue trends, margins, pricing efficiency and customer profitability
· Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting to support sales, finance and senior leadership teams
· Evaluate customer credit applications, risk profiles and payment behaviour to determine appropriate credit limits
· Collaborate with sales teams to ensure commercial proposals and pricing structures align with business objectives
· Monitor overdue accounts, partner with internal teams to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow
· Support budgeting and forecasting by validating assumptions and analysing historical performance
· Work closely with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, credit provision calculations and compliance with internal policies
· Develop business cases for new initiatives, promotions or product launches using financial modelling
· Identify process gaps, propose improvements and support automation or system enhancement initiatives
· Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks or credit agencies, when required for credit assessments
· Provide ad?hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision?making

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
· Professional qualification of CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, etc. is highly preferred
· Distribution industry experience is mandatory and essential for the role
· Proven experience in commercial analysis, credit risk assessment or financial analysis
· Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets
· Solid understanding of financial statements, credit metrics and commercial performance drivers
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast?paced environment
· Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical thinking
