- Build category-defining AI products with direct customer impact.
- Shape technology, product, and growth from day one.

- Own the end-to-end product and engineering roadmap alongside the founders.
- Build and scale AI-first products from concept to production.
- Lead architecture and technical decision-making across the platform.
- Translate customer feedback into product features and prioritisation decisions.
- Work closely with design, customers, and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a lean, high-performing engineering team.
- Establish engineering best practices, delivery processes, and quality standards.
- Drive product experimentation, iteration, and rapid execution.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong full-stack engineering background with expertise in scalable systems, youre AI-native.
- Demonstrated experience building products from 0 to 1.
- Product-minded with the ability to balance technical excellence and customer needs.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and converting insights into roadmap priorities.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-quality decisions quickly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
