Employer Branding & Attraction Manager

This is a hands-on, market-facing role responsible for activating the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the region, market or function. Reporting into Talent Acquisition Leadership, you will lead the development and execution of locally relevant employer brand and attraction strategies aligned to business and hiring priorities.

• You'll combine global brand consistency with local insight to create compelling, culturally relevant content and campaigns that resonate with diverse talent audiences.
• You'll play a key role in shaping how we compete for talent in your market, translating business priorities into targeted, insight-led attraction strategies that deliver real impact.
• You'll bring a strong understanding of digital channels, evolving search behaviours including GenAI and AI-driven search, and the power of storytelling and employee advocacy to engage talent at key moments that matter.

Requirement :

• Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Attraction, ideally within a complex, matrixed or global organisation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful, locally relevant employer brand or attraction strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy and audience engagement, with the ability to translate insight into action.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions, optimise activity and demonstrate impact.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
• Creative and solutions-oriented, with a sharp eye for storytelling and content quality.
• Strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, including GenAI and evolving search behaviours.
