Job Description
Role Overview:
As the Commercial Finance and FP&A Manager, you will be a key business partner, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and profitable growth within the organization. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. You will provide insightful analysis on key business drivers, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure financial discipline across the commercial functions. This role directly impacts the company's bottom line by optimizing resource allocation, enhancing profitability, and providing accurate financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for the commercial functions, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to evaluate new product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies, assessing their financial viability and potential impact on profitability.
- Lead the monthly financial close process for the commercial functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and recommending corrective actions to address deviations from plan.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, communicating financial performance and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives, evaluating their financial feasibility and potential return on investment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and present financial information to senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key business drivers and develop actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in commercial finance and FP&A, with a strong preference for experience in the Alcobev industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
