This role leads social media and influencer strategy for a global consumer brand, driving awareness, engagement, and advocacy in India. It combines creative storytelling with data-driven campaign execution to build strong digital brand presence.

Description
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with global and local priorities
- Lead content planning across key platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from ideation to performance tracking
- Drive brand storytelling through creative campaigns and localized narratives
- Build and engage social communities through authentic and user-generated content
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams for integrated campaigns
- Partner with product, e-commerce, and retail teams to amplify launches
- Manage budgets and track ROI across social initiatives.
Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Background in consumer, consumer electronics, Foods, FMCG, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem
- Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns
- Creative thinker with a strong data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
