Xomiro Technologies - Senior Sales Manager - Gaming & Esports

About the role:

Are you passionate about gaming, esports, and digital media? Our Client is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join their team and help revolutionize the gaming ecosystem in India!

The Role:

As a key player on the team, you will drive Sales and Sponsorship Partnerships from a portfolio of top agencies, brands, and direct clients. You will actively shape the Client's Media Sales Strategy, Go-to-market, and execution plan while selling effective media solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Revenue: Identify, acquire, and develop relationships with strategic brands and agencies to own and execute ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead Partnerships: Own private programmatic buying partnerships and close up-selling opportunities across Media, IP sponsorships, White label events, and Influencer activations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with media, creative, influencer, and operations teams to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns.
• Analyze & Optimize: Utilize campaign data to report on effectiveness, provide measurable ROI, and build solid recommendations for clients.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends, platforms, and innovations in gaming media and esports.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 5-7 years (for Sales Manager) or 7-10 years (for Senior Sales Manager) of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or brand partnerships - ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or esports industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP, or similar online advertising company is required.
• Gaming DNA: You have a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including live streaming, esports, and gaming culture.
• Data-Driven Storyteller: You possess strong analytical skills and understand core digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL, etc.), paired with exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities to pitch clients effectively.
• Agile Strategist: A strategic thinker who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and turn creative ideas into actionable media plans involving programmatic advertising, branded content, and sponsorships.
