- Reduce manual intervention by implementing fail-safe controls, automated workflows, and decision-support systems.
- Partner with software development teams to define requirements and deploy scalable automation solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system capability and throughput.
Collaborate Across Global Quality Organizations
- Partner with Site QA teams to ensure consistent quality execution across all manufacturing locations.
- Participate in global alignment teams focused on quality standards, operational excellence, and best practice sharing.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) development.
- Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and business impacts to diverse stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and publication of global quality metrics and performance indicators.
Support Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve quality operations.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, and automation.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, business process documentation, and training materials.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality system assessments.
- Drive standardization and scalability of centralized quality operations.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Statistics or related technical discipline.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
