The ISD Consulting Project Management Manager (CPMM) is responsible for driving delivery excellence across a portfolio of consulting engagements in ASEAN, ensuring consistent governance, predictable financial outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and strong Consulting Project Manager (CPM) capability.
The CPMM leads and develops a team of CPMs and partners closely with Customer Success Access Managers, Architects, Sales, and Delivery Leadership to deliver on ISD delivery commitments and enable ISD expansion and consumption impact through disciplined execution and customercentric delivery practices.
In addition, the CPMM also acts as a senior delivery management executive for key customer accounts, directly accountable on the program execution, escalations, stakeholder management and financial Profit and loss of the porgram, leading the project team members, and collaborating with cross-functional units to deliver impactful outcomes to our customers.

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:

• Portfolio Delivery & Governance
  

Own endtoend delivery health across a portfolio of ISD consulting projects within ASEAN.
Establish and enforce standard delivery governance, including Project health reporting, Customer and internal Steering Committees, Executive escalations and corrective actions. Proactively identify systemic delivery risks and drive early intervention across projects.

• Financial & Commercial Accountability
  

Accountable for portfoliolevel financial performance, including forecast accuracy, cost control, and margin protection.
Partner with CPMs to manage Subcontractor and partner costs, Scope, change control, and deliverydriven financial risks, and ensure clean project closure and financial hygiene. Act as a trusted partner to Finance and Delivery Leadership on deliveryrelated financial matters.

• People Leadership & Capability Development
  

Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Consulting Project Managers (CPMs) across ASEAN.
Drive improvements in Delivery discipline and planning quality, Escalation effectiveness, Customer communication and reporting maturity. Build future readiness by strengthening bench depth, succession, and capability uplift across the CPM community.

• Customer & Stakeholder Leadership
  

Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery challenges and atrisk engagements. Lead customer conversations related to Delivery recovery, Governance reset, Confidence and trust restoration. Partner with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) and Architects to ensure delivery remains aligned to customer outcomes and value realization.

• Expansion & Consumption
  

Enable consistent account expansion motion & behaviors across the CPM team, ensuring delivery insights translate into business opportunities. Ensure CPMs identify expansion signals through delivery milestones and customer rhythms
Execute disciplined handoffs to CSAMs / Sellers using ISD processes and tools. Reinforce a deliveryled growth mindset across the ASEAN portfolio.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration
  

Internal: ISD Leadership, CSAMs, Architects, Sales, Finance, Partner Management
External: Customer sponsors and executives, delivery partners, system integrators

Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelors Degree in related field AND 8+ years of experience in customerfacing consulting delivery, program/project management, or digital transformation, including responsibility for complex, multiworkstream engagements;
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects or a delivery portfolio, with accountability for delivery outcomes beyond a single engagement;
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and development of project/program managers or equivalent roles;
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, crossfunctional environment, partnering effectively with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders;
  

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, largescale delivery transformation, or enterprise program leadership, preferably across multiple customers or geographies.
• Experience managing delivery financials, including forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and project closure discipline, and partner / subcontractor management across different markets.
• Experience enabling deliveryled growth outcomes, such as identifying expansion signals, partnering on opportunity handoffs, or supporting pipeline creation through delivery insights.
• Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
