Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with our annual budget process, monitoring the current years results, and providing financial analysis support for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the corporate annual budget.
• Assist in monthly performance reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial results vs. budgeted amounts.
• Provide financial analysis support on various ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor metrics related to financial and operational performance.
• Perform routine and non-routine accounting functions, analysis, and reporting.
• Work closely with all levels of employees to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Bachelors degree in finance or business.
• 1-2 years of experience with corporate budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Query (preferred).
• Copilot or other AI tools knowledge (preferred).
