Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including staffing, recruitment, team building, and logistics. This is a full-time position with seniority level of 7 to 10 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in branch management
• Strong knowledge of staffing, recruitment, and logistics
• Excellent leadership and team building skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the logistics industry
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
