Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave records, and employee time management systems.
- Oversee payroll coordination, ensuring timely salary processing and compliance.
- Support daily HR operations and administration tasks, including document management.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational needs.
- Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and internal communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HRIS records and reports.
- Support internal operations, including vendor coordination, office administration, and cross-functional execution.
- Handled consultant onboarding, CRM training, and end-to-end payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely payouts while resolving discrepancies
