Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly Field Service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, implementation, pre-sales, and stakeholder management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and document functional specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis reports.
• Design and recommend scalable D365 CE solutions with required customizations and third-party integrations.
• Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE capabilities to clients during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Lead solution implementation, configuration, and business process mapping.
• Prepare implementation effort estimates and project scope.
• Perform data mapping and support data migration from external systems into D365 CE.
• Conduct functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful solution deployment.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and mentor junior consultants.
• Assist sales teams with licensing recommendations, solution pricing, and proposal creation.
• Develop CRM demonstrations, customer presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams on CRM business planning and solution strategies.
• Create industry-specific CRM solutions, business cases, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Dynamics 365 Marketing
• Dynamics 365 Field Service (Mandatory)
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience in CRM implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of data migration, data mapping, and CRM integrations.
• Experience in conducting product demos, pre-sales activities, and proposal preparation.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 licensing and solution estimation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with CXO-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (B.Tech) or MBA.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications are preferred.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments is an added advantage.
