About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Reltio MDM to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Reltio MDM, cloud integrations, data governance, and enterprise architecture, while providing strong technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality master data solutions.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive solution design, mentor development teams, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build enterprise-grade MDM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Reltio MDM Architecture & Solution Design

• Own the end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and governance of the Reltio MDM platform.
• Design and configure Reltio entities, hierarchies, relationships, match & merge rules, survivorship models, reference data management (RDM), workflows, and security models.
• Develop scalable MDM architectures aligned with enterprise data management strategies.
• Define and enforce MDM standards, governance frameworks, and reusable design patterns.

Integration & Cloud Solutions

• Design and oversee integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications using:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Functions
• Azure Event Hub
• AWS SQS
• REST APIs
• Event-driven architectures
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native integrations.
• Drive API-based and real-time data exchange across enterprise systems.

Data Governance & Quality

• Implement enterprise data governance, stewardship, and master data management best practices.
• Design and maintain golden record management, data quality frameworks, and survivorship strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and lifecycle management across domains.

Technical Leadership

• Lead distributed engineering teams, technical architects, and vendor partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive sprint planning, technical design reviews, release management, and project delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Business, Integration, and Product teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

Engineering Excellence & Operations

• Establish CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, testing strategies, and engineering governance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
• Manage platform monitoring, incident management, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with at least 3+ years in Reltio Architecture or Technical Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Experience managing enterprise master data domains.
• Exposure to Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with:

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
