General Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital, print, OOH, radio, and on-ground channels.
• Lead mall campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and experiential activations.
• Drive social-media-first digital engagement and build impactful digital marketing strategies.
• Manage performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media, and influencer collaborations.
• Develop strong brand communication and positioning across customer touchpoints.
• Lead tenant communications and collaborate with retail brands on joint marketing initiatives.
• Manage media relations, PR, corporate messaging, and crisis communication.
• Analyze consumer insights, campaign performance, and customer engagement to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Brief and manage advertising agencies, media partners, creative agencies, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
• Lead marketing ideation and translate business objectives into creative and impactful campaigns.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement.
