• Role: Sales Executive – Bhopal (Fortleza)
• Location: Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal
• Employment: Full-time, on-site
• Experience: 3–7 years
• We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-driven Sales Executive for Fortleza Phase 3.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys meeting prospective homebuyers, understanding their requirements, presenting the project effectively and following up consistently until a clear decision or booking is achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new enquiries and understand each customers budget, requirements and purchase timeline.
• Conduct project presentations, property tours and site visits.
• Explain available configurations, amenities, specifications, pricing and payment plans clearly.
• Maintain consistent follow-up through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently and work towards booking closure.
• Generate additional leads through references, existing customers, local networks and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, visit records and next follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Coordinate booking documentation and ensure a smooth transition to the relevant post-sales teams.
• Participate in sales events, promotional activities and channel-partner interactions.
• Work towards individual targets for customer engagement, site visits and bookings while contributing positively to the sales team.

Candidate Profile

• High energy, confidence and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English.
• Disciplined and persistent with customer follow-ups.
• Comfortable using a CRM and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Motivated by individual targets and performance-linked incentives.
• Prior experience in residential real estate is preferred. Candidates from automobiles, banking, insurance, hospitality, luxury retail or other customer-facing sales roles may also apply.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays as per the sales roster, with a scheduled weekly off.
