Lead - Business Accounts - Current Accounts & Merchant Onboarding - FinTech

Role Overview:
Leading fintech / digital banking platform seeking a business banking leader to drive Current Account growth and merchant acquisition. Own business account propositions, digital onboarding journeys and merchant ecosystem use cases. Drive product launches and portfolio growth across business customers, merchants and SMEs. Partner closely with technology, operations, compliance and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition and growth of Current Accounts and merchant relationships across target segments.
- Design and optimise digital onboarding and servicing journeys for business customers.
- Develop and launch payments, debit card, lending partnership, insurance and ecosystem use cases.
- Own product requirements and end-to-end implementation in collaboration with technology and business teams.
- Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC/AML and internal regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, customer adoption and business metrics to drive improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in banking, payments, fintech or product management.
- Strong understanding of Current Accounts, merchant payments and digital banking.
- Experience in product management, business banking, merchant acquisition or payments.
- Exposure to digital onboarding, API integrations and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Gurugram.
