Manager - Corporate Finance - Receivables & Revenue Assurance - Hospitality

Role Overview:
Leading leisure hospitality company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to centrally manage receivables, revenue assurance and balance sheet integrity across its resort network. The role will own AR oversight, revenue leakage controls, multi-system reconciliations and process automation, while supporting resort openings and exits. Strong exposure to SAP, high-volume finance operations and cross-functional stakeholder management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own central oversight of receivables across Corporate, OTAs, Travel Agents, FIT, Members and MICE segments.
- Drive ageing management, dispute resolution, collections and progressive centralization of AR operations.
- Lead legacy AR reconciliation and SAP hygiene across PMS, POS, SAP, payment gateways and bank statements.
- Establish revenue assurance controls and identify/prevent revenue and collection leakages.
- Conduct corporate-level balance sheet reviews and drive clearance of long-outstanding balances.
- Drive automation of collections, settlements and reconciliations in partnership with IT; support finance closure for resort openings and exits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in receivables, revenue assurance or finance operations.
- CA, MBA (Finance) or Graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on exposure to SAP AR & GL, multi-system reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, e-commerce or other high-volume environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of AR controls, revenue assurance and process automation.
- Comfortable working from Mumbai in an onsite corporate finance role.
