Position: - Global Loan Operation (Bilateral & Syndication loan + LoanIQ)

Job Location: - Chennai perungudi world trade center, 5 Days Work from office

Shift :- Evening shifts 6.30 pm to 4.30 am

We are looking for experienced candidate who has hands on experience in us bank loan syndication/bilateral loan & LoanIQ

Job responsibility: -

• US Syndication / Bilateral Loan Processing

1. Validate and process loan transactions on ACBS / Loan IQ, Along with other applications to accomplish daily functions
2. The approver is responsible for perform loan processing, including drawdowns, renewals, interest and fee claims and secondary loan closing settlement.
3. The end state process requires the approver to work extensively on ACBS system to perform all the above functions
4. Meeting loan application deadlines and Monitoring
5. Tasks needed to complete and validate/process applications
6. Funding request to be validate & preparation as an when needed
7. Payment validation & processing
8. Monitoring & verify settlement of fees to clear received funds for particular facilities/Deal

1. Incoming notices from agent to be check and monitor
2. Perform/Validate the events & information mention in notices
3. Apart from these, The approver should also be work on reconciliations, Data validation in system, SOD, EOD control and various other reports as deemed necessary

• Other responsibilities

1. Validate/process and check the booking and settlement of the operations handled by the section, for instance, Syndicated/Agent loans Etc.
2. Monitor, Perform to arrange for necessary fund disbursement Etc
3. Alert head of Department of operation and control deficiencies.
4. Answer the general enquiries of internal and external parties in relation to the sections operations
5. Updating and check loan agreements, Loan confirmation Etc
6. Support Loan Operations section to conduct the daily operations, solve issues, promote customer satisfaction and perform all other administrative tasks in order to be in line

Qualification:- B.com / MBA

Experience:- Relevant exp between 1- 3 years in bilateral & syndication loan+ loan IQ mandatory.
