• Works with moderate supervision on routine and non-routine tasks.
• Helps others understand facts and analysis.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects or task-related activities.
• Keeps track of customers' orders and handling the steps involved with fulfilling them.
• Helps clients with orders quoting, entry, processing, fulfilment, review, payment, etc.
• Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. Problems faced are predominantly routine though occasionally non-routine.
• Develops, analyzes and reviews order management process standards (e.g. data accuracy, workflow standards, budgets, technology development and process improvements).
