We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to support our work on tourism across GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen destination visibility across GCC markets, including market analysis, target segmentation, objectives definition, messaging
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms
• Plan and develop promotional digital content and influencer campaigns
• Drive digital partnerships and campaign opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on objectives and campaign direction
• Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for increased impact and growth
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and follow-up materials

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and online strategy within the tourism and travel industry

• Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and driving online visibility for tourism destinations
• Strong experience in GCC markets
• Strong experience across digital platforms, including social media and search engines
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English (C1 level or above)
