We are looking for an experienced DGM - International Business to drive international business growth, franchise operations, and export sales across GCC and African markets for a leading organization in the FMCG - Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages industry.

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industry: FMCG / Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Market Exposure: GCC & African Countries

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead international business strategy and export operations.
• Manage P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Drive franchise sales, franchisee management, and distributor partnerships.
• Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.
• Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, and export compliance.
• Strengthen brand visibility and market presence across international markets.
• Lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15 - 20 years of experience in International Business within FMCG, Food, or Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
• Strong exposure to GCC and/or African markets.
• Proven expertise in franchisee management and international business development.
• Strong commercial acumen, P&L management, and leadership skills.
