Head - Logistics - Global Supply Chain - Manufacturing

Global Logistics Strategy:

• Own and build, end-to-end global logistics architecture covering inbound procurement logistics, in-plant operations, domestic transportation, CBU/SKD/CKD export and import logistics, international freight, port operations, inland transportation and last-mile distribution across multiple product and categories.

International Import & Export:

• Lead end-to-end EXIM operations, CKD/SKD kits, components and spares, including ocean/air freight, container planning, shipping documentation, customs clearance and destination logistics across international markets.

Logistics Network & Infrastructure:

• Design and scale logistics networks globally (India, China, Africa), establishing the infrastructure, processes and operating models required to support rapid business expansion.

3PL & Freight Partner Ecosystem:

• Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders/3PLs, CHBs, NVOCCs, port handling agents, transporters, warehouse partners and international LSPs. Establish partner evaluation frameworks, SLAs, KPIs and governance mechanisms.

EXIM & Trade Compliance:

• Own customs and trade compliance frameworks, including HS code classification, customs documentation, duty optimisation, GST/IGST, FTA utilisation and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

Warehouse & Distribution:

• Lead the design and implementation of warehouse infrastructure and distribution operations, including layouts, MHE, WMS requirements, space optimisation, inventory flow, security and inbound/outbound SOPs.

Digital Transformation:

• Drive adoption of WMS, TMS, ERP integrations (Odoo is current Zeno provider), IoT-enabled shipment tracking and real-time logistics visibility. Evaluate AI-led route optimisation and other technology solutions to improve network efficiency.

Cost Optimisation:

• Own the global logistics cost agenda through lane rationalisation, freight and transporter benchmarking, consolidation, capacity optimisation and process standardisation, with a strong focus on improving cost-per-unit and overall logistics efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

• Establish scalable processes, controls and performance metrics across logistics operations, driving improvements in OTIF, transit times, freight utilisation, warehouse productivity and service levels.

Leadership & Organisation Building:

• Build and lead a high-performing global logistics organisation, developing the team, operating cadence, governance mechanisms and capabilities required to support Zeno's international growth.
