Mocaup is a performance marketing company helping businesses generate leads and grow through digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, CRM solutions, and other performance-driven marketing services.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, pitching Mocaups performance marketing solutions, and converting prospects into clients.

• Generate and handle potential B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing requirements.
• Pitch Mocaups performance marketing and lead generation services.
• Explain services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, CRM, and digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
• Handle client objections and negotiate professionally to close deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals.
• Stay updated with basic digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.

• 1 year of experience in Sales / BDE / Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client conversations.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn performance marketing.
• Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to take responsibility.
