Manager - Recruitment & Operations - GCC/RPO

Description:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Overall experience: 1214 years (1 year acceptable for high-potential candidates)
• Strong experience in both Recruitment & Operations (only recruitment experience will not be sufficient)
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Background in IT hiring (US IT staffing experience is highly preferred)
• Proven front-end client and stakeholder management experience
• Willingness to work 3 days/week from office (Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore)
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Minimum 5 years of people/team management experience

Preferred Profile:

• Strong academic background from reputed schools/colleges in Bangalore
• Experience working in GCC setups or RPO environments (12 years preferred)

• Role type: Team Manager managing recruiters and coordinators
• Reporting to: Associate Director (AD)
