TA Sourcing Specialist (AI-Driven Sourcing | Global Talent) (10-18 yrs)

Are you passionate about AI-powered talent sourcing and building future-ready pipelines at scale? We're looking for a senior sourcing leader who can blend technology, strategy, and people leadership to drive impact across global hiring.

What you'll do:

• Leverage AI-driven sourcing platforms to identify and engage active & passive talent globally
• Build and optimize data-driven sourcing strategies using predictive analytics and sourcing metrics
• Craft personalized, high-impact candidate outreach across multiple channels
• Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing with business goals
• Ensure ethical AI usage & bias mitigation, driving fair and diverse hiring outcomes
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and recruitment technologies and champion best practices

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with 2-3 years in a leadership/COE role
• Strong hands-on expertise with AI-powered sourcing tools & advanced recruitment tech
• Proven experience executing global sourcing strategies at scale
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of global talent markets, DEI, and ethical sourcing practices
