What you'll do:
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing platforms to identify and engage active & passive talent globally

- Build and optimize data-driven sourcing strategies using predictive analytics and sourcing metrics
- Craft personalized, high-impact candidate outreach across multiple channels
- Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing with business goals
- Ensure ethical AI usage & bias mitigation, driving fair and diverse hiring outcomes
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and recruitment technologies and champion best practices
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with 2-3 years in a leadership/COE role
- Strong hands-on expertise with AI-powered sourcing tools & advanced recruitment tech
- Proven experience executing global sourcing strategies at scale
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of global talent markets, DEI, and ethical sourcing practices
