Vice President - FX Settlement - Investment Bank

• Role: FX Settlement VP
• Experience: 15+ years (VP to VP / Strong Tenured AVP can be considered)
• Products: Fixed Income Settlements
• Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)
• Location: Mumbai (Local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end FX Settlements operations with a strong focus on client & employee experience
• Drive operational excellence with a high control and risk mindset
• Manage senior stakeholder interactions with executive presence
• Lead strategic planning, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
• Proactively manage operational risk, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Translate data into meaningful business insights and metrics
• Build a strong risk, control, and governance culture across operations

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of relevant Settlements / Operations experience
• Deep understanding of the Securities Trade Lifecycle
• Strong background in Settlements Operations
• High ethical standards and control mindset
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Technical / Analytical Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Robotics, Automation, Machine Learning
• Strong analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards for senior management
