Role Objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant Infra customers West region (Mumbai) on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners.
- Account Intelligence & Mapping: Build and maintain CXO & influencer maps for priority key accounts. Track buying centres: procurement, projects, QA/QC, commercial. Maintain competitor presence and displacement opportunities.
- Identify category white spaces per account and support cross category entry. Act single point of continuity across sales movements.
- Account Management/ Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Get relevant Infra customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts particularly from Infra structure industry.
Work Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in BD & KAM for Steel, TMT, Bitumen items in B2B Model -Infra Segment.
Knowledge/ Skills
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Sales exp of Infra projects like EPC, Utilities, Real Estates is required.
- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets
Education
B. Tech(Civill) & MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
