Role Purpose
Handle all end-to-end project responsibilities for supporting the business.
Requirements

• Experience of managing project portfolio in the role of program manager or delivery manager
  

(5 yrs, 10 projects simultaneously), escalation handling, portfolio planning, delivery
excellence, monitoring & reporting etc

• Experience in pre-sales activities, RFx process, research & analysis, proposal presentation,
  

estimation & pricing.

• Experience in managing revenue, profitability (ACV R 30 M) includes cost optimization
  

initiatives, tracking & reporting, invoicing process etc.

• Experience in Managing Observability team (e.g. DataDog support) or infrastructure support
• Experience as Scrum Master for at least 3 projects.
• Experience in managing large scale transformational projects, data & analytics, support, digital
  

transformation etc.

• Experience in requirement analysis and documentation, reviewing deliverables.

• Weekly project status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining project costs and profitability.
• Liaising with the vendor partners and maintaining relationships.
• Manage all quality aspects of the deliverables.
• Manage end to end support service (post go live support, L2-L3)
• Assist in project estimation, analysis and req gathering etc.
• Assist in cost-benefit analysis, RFPs and solutioning.
