HR Operations Internship In Gurgaon

Experience: Prior internship experience required

We are looking for an organised and creative HR Operations Intern to support the HR team with employee communication, onboarding documentation, and day-to-day HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication and creative writing skills, along with an eye for detail and a well-organised approach to work.

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with employee onboarding formalities, including organising documents and maintaining onboarding files.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee documentation accurately.
• Maintain and organise the resume database, ensuring candidate information is properly recorded and accessible.
• Create creative and engaging content for birthday, work anniversary, festival and other employee communications.
• Draft emails and internal messages that are well written, warm and personalised.
• Write family cards and handwritten employee communications with neat, legible, and presentable handwriting.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Support other employee engagement, coordination and documentation requirements as needed.
