Wealth Management Technology
Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team.
Job Profile
The Performance Engineering team is part of the Wealth Management Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team is responsible for Performance Testing and Engineering activity across Wealth Management division. We do performance testing and certify the changes of the application team.
We are looking for colleagues with strong sense of ownership and ability to drive performance engineering activity. The role is primarily responsible to end to end performance testing of the application starting from NFR requirement gather, defining testing scope, creating test scripts and scenarios, executing load test, analyzing bottleneck and provide solution and certify the changes.
