Were seeking someone to join our team as a project support for running a project/workstream on a day to day basis on behalf of the Program Manager.

Strategic Programs Execution
The SPE team plays a critical role in driving organizational success by developing effective strategies, monitoring performance, and providing improved transparency through regular reporting.
Technical Program Management
This is Director position that oversees and leads the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What Youll Do In The Role
Prime responsibility is to ensure that the project delivers the required business outcomes to enable the expected benefits to be realized. Responsible for running a project/workstream on a day-to-day basis, often on behalf of a Program Manager.
Requirements for Role

• Demonstrable experience of having had full responsibility for project delivery.
• Held the position of Project Manager for at least 5 years leading projects in a risk, controls, compliance, data or cyber environment.
• Demonstrable experience of managing and leading project teams and having associated people management responsibilities
• Managed projects through all stages of the project life cycle
• Experience of implementing projects in businesses where resources are not dedicated to the projects (matrix reporting structure in place)
  
• Trained in project management, demonstrated by qualification/training.
  

Role Responsibilities

• Scope, manage and deliver projects to time, cost and quality.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed of status and progress made, or escalations by exception.
• Manage and track the production of all the required project deliverables.
• Direct, lead and motivate the project team, including operating in a matrix organizational reporting structure.
• Plan and monitor the deliverables of the project ensuring project control at all times.
• Produce the required project management artefacts: Project Charter; Steering Committee packs, Updated RAID Logs, Plans, Benefits Plans, Finance Plans, and budgets.
• Liaise with program management if the project/workstream is part of a wider program.
• Manage risk and ensure mitigations actions are in place.
• Engage and work with Audit and 2nd Line Assurance following reviews, audits, assurance inputs.
