Stock Loan Collateral, Director, Product Support & Services ISG

Were seeking someone to join our team as a Stock Loan Collateral in ISG Operations who is responsible for overseeing the daily management of stock loan collateral exposure and trade support processes while maintaining a robust risk and control environment. The candidate will act as an escalation point, drive strategic transformation initiatives, deliver operational efficiencies, and ensure strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a Team Supervisor position at Director level within Product Support & Services, which is
responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What Youll Do In The Role

• Lead the Stock Loan Collateral Exposure Management and Trade Support functions, ensuring a strong focus on client service, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Provide oversight of daily operational activities, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions, exposure breaks, and trade-related issues.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational, risk, and stakeholder matters, driving prompt and effective resolution.
• Establish and maintain a robust control framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and governance standards.
  
• Proactively identify operational risks, emerging issues, and process vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and operating model enhancements.
• Develop and monitor key performance and risk indicators, providing clear management reporting and actionable insights.
• Partner closely with Trading, Risk, Credit, Technology, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to support business objectives and improve service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support business growth initiatives, regulatory change programs, and critical market events while ensuring operational resilience and scalability
  

What Youll Bring To The Role

• 12+ years of experience in Securities Lending / Stock Loan Operations, Collateral Management, Middle Office, or related operational functions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing global teams and complex operational processes.
• Strong understanding of securities lending products, collateral management, settlements, exposure management, and operational risk.
• Proven experience managing escalations and operating within a robust control environment.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, or strategic change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple functions
